I took this photo in Tenganan, a Bali Aga village (Indonesia). I took in the afternoon after Mekaré-kare (an indigenous theater of war). With the Nikon D90, 18-105 kit lens, I try to make interesting photos. I see a lot of photos during the swing in Tenganan is taken from the front, or is taken with slow speed techniques.
But I think, my photo will be the same with other photographers if I stand in the same position with the same photographic techniques. I see to the side, there is an empty place and I took a position on the side. Incidentally it was a very good afternoon light, the background picture is also interesting. I do not use the continuous shot, but I was waiting for the right moment pressing the shutter when the girl in wooden swing his look happy and hysterical.
Basically I learned to know in advance tools. I read the manual, learn every button and function on the camera. Well, now it's all the inn, when it had a camera, want to be photographed all. His ego is too high, but do not want to read and learn the basics first. Rarely on the field but the inn has a nice photo. Instant generations it has been improved a lot.
